Ministrul Educaţiei cere bani în plus la rectificare: „Nu poţi atrage personal cu tarifele actuale”

He noted a 16% decrease in personnel expenses in the first half of the year compared to last year, exceeding the planned 10% reduction. Despite staying within budget, Dimian emphasized the need for increased funding, particularly to raise hourly pay rates to attract qualified teachers. He also mentioned the need for financial support for remedial activities and highlighted the Parliament's decision to reduce teaching hours for school directors without a clear funding source. Dimian stressed the importance of maintaining educational quality while continuing to reduce costs, with final funding decisions resting with the future government.
