The gross monthly salary for board members will decrease significantly, reflecting the company's performance. Darău emphasized the need for SNAM to evolve from merely extracting and selling water to developing its own brands and improving operational efficiency. He called for responsible management and performance-driven remuneration, aiming for the company to return to profitability and create more value for the state.
