He highlighted the lack of contracts for its subsidiaries and the need for urgent restructuring to ensure their survival in the market. Darău emphasized the importance of creating clusters for different sectors within the holding to enhance competitiveness. A white paper outlining options for this transformation will be published soon, with a decision expected by the end of the year. He criticized Romarm for merely acting as a commercial intermediary, which has led to uncompetitive pricing for its subsidiaries' products.
