Ministrul Dezvoltării revine asupra amenzilor pentru balcoanele închise fără autorizație

The Minister of Development, Alexandru Stoica, clarified that the state will not impose fines on citizens for unauthorized balcony closures. He emphasized that the goal is to assist residents in legalizing their situations rather than penalizing them. Citizens have until August 2027 to regularize their balcony closures. Stoica also mentioned that issues arising from municipal insulation works will not be the responsibility of residents. He plans to propose amendments to the Urbanism Code to address problematic situations and ensure the law supports citizens rather than creating unnecessary burdens.
