Ministra Mediului: „Romsilva a pus în Contractul Colectiv de Muncă premierea colectivă, încălcând recomandările Curții de Conturi”

The Minister of Environment, Diana Buzoianu, criticized Romsilva for including collective bonuses in their Collective Labor Agreement, violating Court of Accounts recommendations. Previously, bonuses were awarded individually based on employee performance. The Court had noted that Romsilva granted large bonuses without assessing individual contributions. Buzoianu emphasized the need for clear and transparent procedures for awarding bonuses to prevent misuse of funds. She also mentioned that the general director is negotiating a new collective agreement that allows for collective bonuses, which she opposes, advocating for reforms in Romsilva.
