Ministra Mediului: Programul de stocare a energiei în baterii, pe care îl lansăm anul acesta, va ajuta la scăderea preţului pe piaţă

The Minister of Environment, Diana Buzoianu, announced a new program for energy storage in batteries, set to launch this year, aimed at reducing market prices. She emphasized the importance of integrating battery storage with existing photovoltaic systems to enhance energy efficiency and lower costs. The initiative is expected to be a public policy focus for the next 3-4 years, with a budget of 400 million lei allocated for the program. Buzoianu highlighted the shift from a 'first come, first served' approach to a more evaluative system for funding applications, which should lead to more installations. The program aims to support the energy market by utilizing stored energy instead of relying on imports during peak prices.
