The proposal follows an analysis requested by interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, who emphasized the need for careful evaluation of hiring requests based on hospital occupancy and personnel costs. However, hiring cannot commence until the memorandum is approved by the government, which has not yet set a date for this approval.
