The Ministry of Health has updated the National Drug Price Catalog, adding new entries for treatments, including oncology and rare diseases. The changes are outlined in Order No. 1,287, published on September 11, 2026. Among the new entries are medications like tarlatamab, elacestrant, and repotrectinib, with the highest price set at 107,049.12 lei for a box of Imdylltra. This drug is intended for adults with advanced small cell lung cancer. Other medications include Orserdu for breast cancer and Wilzin for Wilson's disease. The order also modifies three existing drug prices. Importantly, the listed prices are maximum regulated prices and do not necessarily reflect what patients will pay, as reimbursement depends on specific health insurance conditions.
