Ministerul Sănătății are nevoie de 800 de milioane de lei. Cseke Attila: Nu se mai poate aștepta
The interim Minister of Health, Cseke Attila, highlighted the urgent need for a budget rectification to ensure the functioning of emergency services in Romania. Without new funding, emergency units and ambulance services may cease operations starting in November. Cseke stated that the total financial requirement for health institutions until the end of the year is nearly 800 million lei, with 227 million lei needed for November alone. He emphasized that the interim government lacks the authority to make necessary budget transfers, and only a fully mandated government can address these issues. The situation is critical as Romania has been under an interim government since May, limiting its ability to adopt urgent budget measures.
