The Ministry of Health has released a draft order for public consultation regarding the implementation of Law No. 118/2007, which regulates complementary and alternative medicine practices. This initiative aims to clarify the conditions under which various practices, from homeopathy to medical astrology, can be conducted. The draft outlines requirements for practitioner authorization, cabinet operation, professional training, and patient consent. It emphasizes patient protection and the need for informed consent while ensuring practitioners do not guarantee therapeutic outcomes.
