The Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests has restarted its photovoltaic system, enabling renewable energy production after years of inactivity. The system, with a capacity of 30 kWp, is expected to generate around 36,000 kWh annually, contributing to reduced energy consumption and carbon footprint. Minister Diana Buzoianu emphasized the importance of public institutions leading by example in sustainable resource management. Non-functional panels were recycled to support the circular economy, and production data will be available on the ministry's website for real-time tracking.
