Ministerul Finanțelor planifică pentru septembrie împrumuturi de 7,2 miliarde de lei de la bănci

In September 2026, the Ministry of Finance plans to borrow 7.2 billion lei from commercial banks, similar to August's program. This amount will be used for refinancing public debt and covering the state budget deficit. A treasury bill auction for 1 billion lei is scheduled for September 3, with additional auctions for benchmark bonds totaling 5.2 billion lei planned throughout the month. Non-competitive offers will follow these auctions, allowing for an additional 15% of the nominal value awarded.
