The maximum interest rate rises to 7.75% for lei and 6.6% for euro bonds. Individuals over 18 can subscribe through partner banks, with special rates for blood donors. The program supports blood donation campaigns, offering attractive, tax-free investment conditions. Special bond tranches for donors have lower minimum subscription amounts.
