Individuals over 18 can subscribe through various banks. Special conditions apply for blood donors, including lower subscription thresholds and higher interest rates. The bonds are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and offer tax-exempt interest. Investors can sell their bonds before maturity, receiving interest based on market quotes.
