Ministerul Finanțelor a lansat o nouă ediție de titluri de stat Fidelis, care pot fi cumpărate de români. Care e valoarea dobânzilor

The Ministry of Finance will launch a new edition of Fidelis from September 4-11, 2026, allowing individuals over 18 to subscribe to state bonds in lei and euros, with interest rates up to 7.50% for lei and 6.30% for euros. The bonds offer various interest rates based on maturity, with special rates for blood donors. Minimum subscription amounts are reduced for donors, while maximum limits are set at 100,000 lei and 20,000 euros. Since August 2020, Fidelis has attracted over 71.7 billion lei in investments, with 2026 alone seeing over 9.64 billion lei in subscriptions. Interest income and capital gains are tax-exempt, and no commissions are charged for subscriptions.
