Ministerul Economiei vrea să reorganizeze mai multe companii din subordine, aflate în insolvenţă
The Ministry of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism plans to reorganize several insolvent state companies through mergers and dissolutions, as announced by interim minister Irineu Darău. Approved mergers include Telegondola Mamaia with Mamaia S.A. and Conversmin with Radioactiv Mineral Măgurele S.A. Further mergers are being considered for companies like S.N.A.M. and Plafar S.A., as well as CupruMin S.A. with Băiţa S.A. If these plans proceed, the ministry could reduce the number of state companies by nine, leading to fewer paid administrators. Additionally, issues persist with other subsidiaries of CNCAF Minvest Deva S.A., which are also set for dissolution.
