Ministerul Economiei și Ministerul Investițiilor vor coordona participarea României la inițative europene privind inteligența artificială și semiconductorii

Romania will participate in two European initiatives focused on artificial intelligence and advanced semiconductor technologies, coordinated by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Investments and European Projects. A government memorandum mandates these ministries to secure funding and implement projects. The initiatives aim to develop a competitive AI ecosystem and enhance national semiconductor capabilities, contributing to digital sovereignty and technological competitiveness. Collaboration between the ministries will be formalized through a partnership agreement, outlining responsibilities and fund management.
