Brașov, raising it from 4,720 lei to 20,400 lei. This decision aims to enhance the performance of state-owned companies by aligning remuneration with responsibilities and results. Darău emphasized the need for the state to act as a professional shareholder, demanding accountability and performance from its administrators. The new compensation formula considers various factors, including company size and profitability. The decision was approved during the General Assembly of Shareholders, which also empowered the Ministry's representative to sign additional contracts for the board members.
