Minerii dau 70 de milioane lei pentru modernizarea singurei hidrocentrale pe care o deţin

Complexul Energetic Oltenia has initiated a public procurement procedure for the rehabilitation of a micro-hydropower plant on the Jiu River, with a maximum contract value of 70 million lei. The project includes technical documentation, equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning. It aims to modernize turbines and generators, replace worn electrical equipment, and enhance automation systems. The upgraded capacity of 9.9 MW will enable renewable energy production without carbon emissions, aligning with the company's decarbonization plan and reducing CO2 certificate costs. Funding comes from the Modernization Fund and the company's budget.
