Nicula Monastery is preparing for the Feast of the Dormition of the Mother of God, attracting thousands of pilgrims annually. The traditional pilgrimage will take place on August 14, 2026, starting from the Church of St. Nicholas in Gherla. Archimandrite Iustin Miron invites believers to join the celebrations from August 13-15, emphasizing the importance of presence in prayer and communion. The liturgical program includes various services leading up to the main celebration on August 15, featuring a solemn Divine Liturgy and the veneration of the miraculous icon.
