He emphasized that both the Constitution and the Administrative Code set a clear 45-day limit for interim ministers. Tudose pointed out that expired interim ministers also affect state secretaries, who lack legal authority after their superiors' mandates expire. He specifically mentioned interim Energy Minister Ilie Bolojan, highlighting the potential illegality of acts signed by interim ministers and secretaries after the deadline. Tudose called for accountability regarding these issues.
