Mihai Chirica, pus oficial sub acuzare de DNA în dosarul „Păcura”. DNA: Prejudiciu 2 milioane de lei

He allegedly approved over 2 million lei for 542 tons of fuel that was missing from state reserves. The investigation includes nine other municipal officials suspected of complicity and falsification. Measures have been taken to secure assets belonging to Chirica and others to recover the financial loss. The investigation has been ongoing since December 2024, focusing on the operations of the local heating system and related documentation.
