Distribuție Energie Electrică România (DEER) announces the start of Mihaela Suciu's new four-year term as General Director on October 5, 2026. Under her leadership since April 2022, DEER has improved its financial performance and investment capacity, achieving significant profit growth and securing substantial funding. The company plans a record CAPEX program for 2026, amounting to 1.48 billion lei, and aims to invest around one billion euros in infrastructure modernization by 2035. DEER serves over four million users across 18 counties, managing more than 200,000 kilometers of electric network.
