An investigation by "Die Zeit" reveals a scheme where individuals post critical comments about President Erdogan on social media, prompting corrupt prosecutors to initiate investigations. These records are then officially logged in Turkey's judicial system, allowing migrants to present them in Germany. Packages, including travel to Germany, start at €6,000, while basic investigations can cost around €800. The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) is aware of these manipulations but focuses mainly on counterfeit websites rather than the misuse of authentic judicial documents.
