The survey is anonymous and voluntary, focusing on trip origins, destinations, and purposes. The data collected will aid in traffic studies and future infrastructure planning. Police will direct vehicles to a safe area for questioning, which will occur between 8 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM. Similar surveys will continue on October 21 and 28.
