Microsoft plătește 60.000 de angajați ca să își dea demisia: Detaliile din oferta companiei
Microsoft is offering a voluntary resignation package to around 60,000 employees globally as part of a cost-cutting strategy. This initiative, announced by HR director Amy Coleman, aims to provide flexibility and support for employees planning their next career steps. The offer is available to certain teams in the US, Canada, India, and the UK, potentially including some managerial positions. This follows a previous announcement of job cuts affecting about 4,800 positions, primarily in commercial and Xbox divisions, as the company shifts focus towards artificial intelligence. Microsoft had also introduced an early retirement option earlier this year, with over 30% of eligible employees participating.
