The company currently has only 3,000 lei in its accounts, insufficient for salary payments. Despite warnings sent to the government, no action has been taken. Artimon highlighted that delays in salary payments could lead employees to take legal action or go on leave. He criticized the Ministry of Transport for failing to secure necessary funding, which has resulted in a significant shortfall in subsidies. Additionally, Metrorex faces staffing shortages, leading to excessive overtime and unutilized leave days. Artimon expressed frustration over decision-making within the company, attributing issues to a lack of technical leadership.
