Metoda testată pentru a descuraja tinerii să mai stea mult pe rețelele de socializare. Ce efecte au fost observate
A study suggests that warning messages similar to those on tobacco products could help reduce social media usage among youth. Researchers tested pop-up notifications highlighting the negative health effects of social media, such as sleep issues and mental health risks. Over 1,000 participants aged 13 to 29 reported increased awareness of these risks after receiving 14 warning messages. The most impactful warnings addressed mental health concerns like depression and anxiety, leading participants to consider reducing their online time. The study indicates that such warnings could be an effective tool for promoting healthier internet habits among young people.
