This project incorporates natural materials like willow and grass to stabilize riverbanks, enhancing flood protection. The initiative aims to secure vulnerable areas and is part of a broader European pilot project worth 13 million euros, focusing on environmentally friendly solutions. The project aligns with EU directives promoting green infrastructure to protect local ecosystems.
