A 30-year-old woman from Botoșani was detained for 24 hours for fraud involving the 'Accident' method, which led to a 68-year-old victim losing 60,000 lei. The victim was misled by individuals posing as medical staff, claiming her son was in a serious accident and needed urgent funds. A woman later collected the money from the victim's home and disappeared. Police identified the suspect and executed a search warrant in Brașov, where she was living illegally.
