The National Meteorological Administration warns of strong winds in southern Moldova, Dobrogea, and most of Muntenia from Monday to Wednesday evening, with speeds reaching up to 55 km/h. In the Curvature Carpathians, gusts may reach 75 km/h. A yellow warning is in effect for ten counties, including Bacău and Constanța, where wind speeds will be between 50 and 70 km/h. In Bucharest, temperatures will remain normal, with possible light rain and wind gusts up to 50 km/h.
