The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued a weather alert for moderate rainfall and wind intensification from October 21 to October 23. Rainfall will gradually spread across most of the country, with mountainous areas potentially exceeding 30-35 l/m². A yellow wind warning is in effect for Caraș-Severin and Timiș counties, where wind speeds may reach 50-70 km/h, with gusts exceeding 80 km/h in isolated areas. Rain will extend into Banat, Crișana, Maramureș, Transylvania, Oltenia, and parts of Muntenia, with thunderstorms and hail possible. Overall, temperatures are expected to be slightly above normal, with higher precipitation amounts than usual for this period.
