Precipitation levels will be near normal, with slight deficits in the northern half and excess in the southwest. The forecast covers the period from September 14 to October 12, indicating that while temperatures will be generally above normal, precipitation will remain close to expected levels for this time of year. Extreme weather phenomena cannot be predicted with this forecast.
