The analysis covered 171 apps from major companies, highlighting Meta's extensive data collection practices. Meta's applications, including Facebook and Messenger, were among the most intrusive, while Google, Amazon, and Microsoft collected significantly fewer data types. Despite collecting fewer types, Google's data collection still raises security concerns for users.
