Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan addressed students, parents, and teachers at the start of the new school year, highlighting significant investments in education through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. He wished students success and encouraged parents and teachers for their support and dedication. Bolojan noted over 2.5 billion euros allocated for educational improvements, including modernizing classrooms and equipping schools. He mentioned the establishment of smart laboratories in high schools and new facilities for early education. Additionally, efforts to reduce school dropout rates were emphasized, with support for over 1,500 schools to ensure equitable access to education. Training for over 95,000 teachers in digital pedagogy was also highlighted, aiming to enhance learning with new technologies.
