Mercur S.A. Craiova plans to develop a significant 11,000 sqm land on Calea București for residential and commercial use, pending urban planning approval. The company previously attempted to sell the land for €4.3 million but is now focusing on changing its urban status to allow for taller buildings. Access issues remain a challenge, as the land currently lacks direct access to the main road. If resolved, the land's value could increase significantly. Mercur has also sold other properties, including one for €900,000, and is primarily controlled by Infinity Capital Investments, which has undergone leadership changes in recent years.
