Prosecutors have charged 14 members of the 'Ştoacă' and 'Toboşarii' gangs for violent street conflicts in Bucharest, involving weapons and serious threats. The charges include extortion, assault, and public disorder. The conflict escalated over territorial disputes, leading to multiple violent incidents, including physical assaults and gunfire. Police conducted extensive searches, seizing weapons and other dangerous items from the gangs. The case has been forwarded to the court for further proceedings.
