Mega-incendiul sud-vestul Franței, de 4 ori mai mare decât Parisul. Ar putea fi agravat de valul de caniculă

Firefighters in southwestern France are battling a massive wildfire, four times the size of Paris, amid rising temperatures and strong winds. Although the fire did not spread overnight, authorities warn that conditions could reignite smoldering hotspots. Over 2,200 firefighters and more than 20 aircraft are deployed, with support from European teams, including Romania. The Gironde region remains the main focus of firefighting efforts, having previously forced 220,000 people to evacuate. Extreme heat and drought conditions are exacerbating the situation, prompting a two-week extension for Romanian firefighters.
