Medicii de familie vor să fie plătiți diferit de Casa de Asigurări de Sănătate
Family doctors have proposed several changes to the CNAS, including the inclusion of HDL cholesterol in preventive consultations and low-dose CT for lung cancer screening. Some proposals were accepted, while others were rejected. They seek to calculate consultations over six months instead of three to avoid losing reimbursed services during busy periods. Discussions included payment for substitute doctors and performance-based payment based on eligible patients. However, requests for extending absence periods and teleconsultation reimbursements were not approved.
