Key proposals involve including HDL cholesterol in preventive analysis packages, adjusting payment for substitute doctors, and extending absence periods for replacements. Additionally, doctors requested reimbursement for teleconsultations and adjustments to performance-based payments. The CNAS has shown willingness to consider some suggestions but has not accepted all requests.
