Medicii de familie, în discuții cu CNAS | Ce vor de la Casa de Asigurări

Family doctors are advocating for changes in payment rules, proposing a shift from quarterly to semi-annual calculations of consultations to avoid losing reimbursed services during high patient volume periods. Discussions with the National Health Insurance House (CNAS) included various modifications to the framework contract, such as including HDL cholesterol in preventive analysis packages and allowing payment for substitute doctors' consultations beyond the average. Other proposals included performance-based payment calculations and extending absence periods for replacement agreements. Some requests, like teleconsultation reimbursements, were also made, but not all were accepted by CNAS.
