Măsurile de siguranță pe piața energiei electrice, prelungite de Guvern până la 30 septembrie • Newsweek România
The Romanian government has extended the safety measures on the electricity market until September 30, 2026, due to ongoing hydrological deficits and rising energy consumption. These measures, initially set to expire earlier, are designed to ensure the stability of the National Electroenergetic System (SEN) amid potential crises. The government emphasized the need for these interventions to address production deficits and possible import limitations. Transelectrica will determine the implementation of these measures, which include increasing technological reserves and potentially limiting electricity consumption.
