Mașinile chinezești închiriate de armata Norvegiei au filmat și colectat coduri de acces la exerciții militare • Newsweek România
Norwegian military personnel found that rented Chinese vehicles recorded video and stored access codes during military exercises. The vehicles, rented from First Rent A Car Norway AS, are linked to Zhejiang Geely Holding, which owns Volvo Cars. Concerns have been raised about the security implications of using modern civilian vehicles, as they contain numerous electronic sensors that could be exploited for surveillance. Norway's National Security Authority has warned about the risks of external actors accessing such data. Similar security measures have been adopted by other NATO countries, including Israel and Germany, to mitigate potential espionage risks.
