Mașini de epocă, din nou pe traseul primei curse auto din România. Tăriceanu, printre participanți
Today, vintage cars retraced the route of Romania's first auto race, with 60 teams driving from Bucharest to Giurgiu. These classic vehicles, some nearly a century old, celebrated the history of Romanian motorsport. Participants shared their experiences, highlighting the nostalgia and charm of driving these historic cars. Among them was former Prime Minister Călin Popescu Tăriceanu, who expressed his enjoyment of the event, distancing himself from current political issues. The competition focused on precision rather than speed, as teams adhered to a roadbook and timed checkpoints. Romania boasts over 11,000 registered vintage cars.
