The incident occurred on flight FZ1073 from Dubai to Tel Aviv, where the co-pilot attacked him, causing a rapid descent of 4,000 meters. Passengers intervened, subduing the attacker, and reserve pilots took control, diverting the flight to Saudi Arabia for an emergency landing.
