Bolojan's meeting with Bogos on September 23, 2025, is under scrutiny, although Bolojan claims he was unaware of any advantages being sought. An intercepted conversation suggested Bogos may have paid 1.5 million euros to meet Bolojan, but this is not confirmed by prosecutors.
