Mark Rutte anunță suma uriașă pe care aliații NATO au direcționat-o, în ultimul an, pentru înarmarea Ucrainei. „Trebuie să facem eforturi. Nu avem de ales”
NATO allies have allocated over $10 billion to arm Ukraine in the past year, according to Secretary General Mark Rutte. This funding includes $3.5 billion from an EU loan and is part of the PURL mechanism and U.S. military sales program. Rutte emphasized the importance of continuous military support for Ukraine amid escalating Russian attacks. He urged allies to expedite assistance, noting that delays cost lives. The civilian death toll in Ukraine has reached its highest level since May 2022, and Rutte warned of Russia's adaptation in its air campaign, utilizing more North Korean missiles and jet-propelled drones. He called for increased efforts from nations to counter both existing and emerging threats.
