Marea recrutare din spitale: peste 6.800 de posturi deblocate. Se caută medici, asistenți și personal auxiliar

The Romanian government has approved the hiring of 6,850 new positions in the public health system, primarily for nurses and auxiliary medical staff. Despite this, a significant personnel shortage persists, with over 55,000 vacancies reported. Hospitals are struggling to attract and retain medical professionals, especially in rural areas. Interested candidates can find job postings on the Ministry of Health's website and other platforms. The Slatina Emergency County Hospital plans to announce around 100 job openings by the end of the year, although budget constraints may limit hiring.
