This initiative supports Romania's commitments under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and aims to enhance economic impact through investments and job creation. The list was based on a study by a consortium with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, considering technical, environmental, and social factors. The framework for these projects is outlined in the PNRR, promoting renewable energy and reducing coal dependency.
