Most incidents involved monitoring aerial targets near the Ukrainian border, particularly around Vâlcove and Snake Island. On August 24, a drone from Moldova entered Romanian airspace, with parts later found in Ciuşlea, Vrancea County. Additionally, drone debris was recovered in Plauru, Tulcea County, following a fire. The ministry highlighted the ongoing surveillance and response to these incidents amid Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure.
